NORSA is a small business, where production and business activities take time in part time. The company is led by passion towards jewellery designing and making and not mass-production.  

 

The website is made for easier overview of products and sharing knowledge about the jewellery and materials and not for online pre-payments. 

 

The website and the business is under constant improvement.

ABOUT ORDERING AND DELIVERY:​

Even though, the website offers online order submission, it is only a reservation system without online payment options. Ordering on the website is non-binding and can be cancelled anytime before the products are sent to delivery. Payments also need to be executed before the products are sent to delivery or in case of pick up - upon pick up.

 

By submitting the order and giving your contact information, you agree to be contacted via email regarding order finalisation (payment and delivery agreement). When there is no answer to the order finalisation email within 72 hours, the order is considered cancelled.

Delivery options are stated under 'Locations' tab for further clarifications. Production time might vary based on seasonalities. Estimated delivery dates (counted from products sent to carrier) are shown upon check out.

ABOUT PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION:​

Personal data is collected in the form of contact information for delivery (name, address, contact address) that is needed for order fulfilment. The provided personal data is only being used for getting in touch for order finalisation. As soon as the order is delivered / picked up, no customer will be contacted further on.
